What does it cost?

Using a Travel Advisor adds value to your experience that booking direct with an online booking site can't. You get true personal service, and I am with you every step of your journey. I listen to you, research, and craft an itinerary that is right for you. 


Because I value your time and mine, a 30-minute consultation call with me is always complimentary. My price structure is then as follows:


  • The 30-minute consultation and discovery call is always complimentary. 
  • Booking on Virgin Voyages through The Travel Planning Team: No Fee 
  • Booking an escorted Travel Planning Team group trip: No fee.
  • Advising fee for all other travel: $150 - due before proposals are presented. 


If you book travel and complete travel with me that exceeds $10,000, the $150 advising fee will be applied to your travel. If the travel is cancelled for any reason, the fee is non-refundable.


I can't beat online travel agency prices, so if you are looking for a bargain you can find them out there on your own. What you won't get is experience, expertise, and a real person to call when you miss your flight.

Travel is a big and emotional investment and you deserve personal attention. (Something an online booking site can't give you.) Send me an email, give me a call, shoot me a dm through one of my social media channels. I'll respond within 24 hours for the next step.

2. We schedule a call

We schedule a call convenient for you, so I can learn more about your travel needs and expectations. This discovery calls helps you determine if we are a good fit. If you decide to hire me, we move to the next step.

3. Travel Proposal & Booking

Based on the our consultation, I'll research and prepare curated choices for you to consider. Once you have selected the right journey for you, I secure the bookings, provide you with important checklists and reminders, and you get excited for your travel!

4. Bon Voyage!

I'm with you every step of your journey: before, during, and after - so you can enjoy your vacation stress-free.
